We’re excited to announce that our latest client win is a fantastic company with the potential to be one of Warwickshire’s best brands: David Lee Solicitors (DLS).
DLS has a long history operating out of Kenilworth, and its team brings the perfect combination of care and expertise to its clients. Now, with its sights firmly set on the wider Warwickshire area, the business knew it was time to refresh its branding and add some professional marketing strategy, letting it make waves in a larger legal pond.
DLS chose to work with KISS, realising that it had issues beyond the superficial. DLS is a really strong business, and the values at its core are spot on – but conveying that to the public was beginning to be a problem. It’s also true that the firm’s top team was in need of marketing specialists that it could bounce strategic ideas around with. KISS got on board, providing not just a beautiful suit of creative work, but a marketing strategy brain-in-a-box that DLS will stick in close contact with going forward.
A major focus for DLS is communicating clearly. It’s a big part of the company’s commitment to care for its customers: not leaving them confused or concerned (especially given that many of the people DLS works with are, understandably, undergoing a difficult period in their lives). Despite this, the firm’s old website didn’t always deliver on this crucial aspect of the brand. We wanted to fix that – but we had to start right back at the basics first.
To help DLS put forward the best version of itself, KISS started work on a thorough rebrand. The firm knew exactly what was important to it – but creative questions regarding how that should sound, and how it should look, was an area it needed help with.
Once we had an in-depth understanding of the company, we had to bring it to life. That started with a website. We supplied professional copywriting and design services, commissioned a professional photoshoot, curated a new, clearer, customer journey, and made sure that all the things that make DLS great are now on proud display!
A major decision for the new site was to include a newsfeed, which KISS will continue to provide for DLS. This ensures that the company will keep on top of communicating the relevant facts around its growing business to the people who need them most of all: the public.
With the rebrand done, the website up and running, and a number of marketing campaigns in the works, KISS’s direction will change. As we continue to nurture our close relationship with DLS, we’ll be responsible for delivering the marketing strategy and working alongside the company in a variety of ways. The goal is simple: drive new business, and create new opportunities for growth.
