Shire Mobility is a provider of top quality mobility aids, meaning it helps people to live better lives.
The challenge with Shire Mobility was balancing two distinct elements. On one hand, it is a personal, caring, service that treats its customers as individuals. On the other, it is a highly professional business that works in-and-alongside regulated sectors, and has partnerships with some of the biggest names in the industry.
To meet this challenge, Kiss redesigned Shire’s logo, creating a simple, modern, design which conveys professionalism and efficiency while using lower case lettering and a friendly colour scheme to highlight the importance of care and approachability.
This same colour scheme ran through the company’s website and formed the basis of its brand. We adopted a similar approach with the company’s tone of voice: simple, professional, and warm. We were also very careful to ensure that the hierarchy of information in the copy, and the web design, emphasized a strong user experience.
The result is a brand and website that perfectly reflects the balance of values at the heart of Shire Mobility’s business
