AFH Wealth Management
AFH is one of the UK’s largest independent financial advisors, and a growing force in wealth management. Because the company combines independent financial advice and wealth management, it is legitimately different from its competitors. This puts it in a great place to stand out from the crowd, but came with it’s own challenge: crafting a brand that conveys this unique message to prospective customers. The company enlisted Kiss Design to help get it right.
Paramount to AFH’s new branding was clarity: when you’re trying to convey something new to an audience, the first thing to do is to make sure that you are clearly and simply setting out the proposition. In AFH’s case, we worked hard to craft a message that highlighted the benefits available to new and existing customers in AFH’s combined independent financial advice and wealth management.
We then immersed ourselves in the customer journey for AFH’s services and developed a brand story that worked with every customer touchpoint. Working in an agile approach, we applied that story to over two hundred assets including, brochures, building design and styling, signage, forms, emails, animations and rebrand launch videos, and in our usual Kiss way we supported the marketing team to make sure everything ran smoothly. The result is a suite of material that is as perfectly suited to explaining the ins-and-outs of the company’s business to current customers as it is to engaging new clients to join.
